Hey, I’m Joshua Nakase, I started NorthAI Solutions with a simple idea: businesses shouldn’t lose customers just because they couldn’t answer the phone.
I kept seeing the same problem with local businesses. Owners and their teams are busy working, serving customers, and running the day-to-day. When a call comes in at the wrong time, it’s easy to miss it and that missed call can mean a missed customer.
That’s what led me to build NorthAI.
