Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the NorthAI Solutions website and services.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or purchasing a NorthAI Solutions package, you agree to these terms. If you purchase a package, the Customer Service Agreement also applies and governs the service itself.
2. The service
NorthAI Solutions configures and operates AI receptionists that answer calls, capture leads, and — depending on the package — book appointments. Features are limited to those listed for the package you purchase.
3. Accounts and information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit during onboarding and for keeping access credentials for any connected calendar or CRM secure.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing calls.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our providers.
- Comply with applicable call recording, consent, and telecommunications rules in your jurisdiction.
5. Fees
Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation are described in the Customer Service Agreement and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
NorthAI retains ownership of its software, prompts, templates, and website content. You retain ownership of your business content and the lead and caller data captured for your business.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Automated voice AI can make mistakes, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or any specific business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to NorthAI in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions: hello.northaisolutions@gmail.com.
